Interested to know what the float is today, not as of Feb,24. If the Asher shares went back into the treasury or were cancelled the company would surely announce it. There has been a massive short attack or someone is selling shares. O/S is maxxed but shares once held for the Asher notes are no longer held for that purpose. Plus there were other notes that were paid that did not convert leaving more shares to sell.

It would be great to hear that they were cancelled. DM is keeping current even with the very disappointing reports for a reason. I hope it is a good one.

GL to all the longs that are left I pray it works out for you. My trust here has hit the limit. I don't believe shorts are attacking @.0013/14. Info is getting scarce and is too vague with all the things announced and then never followed up on + all those "cancelled" shares never showed up anywhere (accept maybe the float). Too many report corrections (oops we forgot a bunch of crap when we filed).

I'm not going to bash but please be cautious. I hope they do complete the Suzie Q's deal and Puget gets the license!
