New shares? Oh so these new shares they were registered? That is the only way they would be able to be resold. Otherwise for a non-reporting pink the holding period is 1 year.
Please there are so many people who complain about what the ceo's are doing and can't even scrap together enough money to get their own pink sheet company together. Instead of crying about this or that why don't you give it a go try to run your own public company?
Chris is a good guy and would like to get a good company to merge with. I just think it's appalling that you and these others are some how upset about the share price, this stock is still at .20 and you people are acting like something horrible has happened to you. It's laughable. You people should be spending your time try to build up the person you suspect responsible for a part or your financial future not spinning all this negativity.
And then after you whine a little you say I am still going to buy more shares. Why not say Chris or whoever I am not ecstatic but I believe in you or whatever and we are here. Tell him thank goodness you have not approved toxic funding and 504s.
