almost all news organizations reported that their will be 18 permits given and 81 applicants and they were all correct and in the same articles it mentions 70 applicants for 64 licenses, 45 applicants for 40 licenses.
I think the #'s are correct.

81 applications competing for 18 dispensary permits
70 applications competing for 65 cultivation permits
45 applications competing for 40 production permits

I think the numbers we are using for the number of cultivation (64) and production permits (42) is wrong.
