If you've looked at the message boards of any ticker for any amount of time at all, you will soon notice posts of every kind. From the skeptic who hasn't done their DD on the company to shorts, longs, paid promoters and the list goes on. FROZ board is no different.
This post was inspired from reading the post's of people who say that APT is a scam. What ever the reason or motive behind their allegations may be, I want every one here to look at just a few monumental developments that APT Motovox Group INC. will be unveiling throughout the next month and going forward into Q3 and Q4 of 2014. By the way, all of which the president of the company said will bring APT into profitability in 2015.
The following list is composed of exerts taken from the most recent shareholder update. After looking at the list below and all of the info on the IBOX above, you decide. Is APT Motovox Group INC. a scam or are they a legitimate company with a top notch management team that has built a corporate infrastructure that is sure to succeed? If the latter is true they would be a very rare find in the pinks wouldn't you say?

Monumental Developments in Q3 and Q4 of 2014

MotoVox® will unveil its new 105cc industrial engine. The engine was co-developed by APT Group and Chongqing Lifan Industry (Group) Co., Ltd., one of the world's largest engine manufacturers.The 105cc industrial engine is expected to increase sales of existing products and will create a new product category for MotoVox®. APT Group possesses the exclusive global distribution rights for this product for small engine vehicles and global industrial engine applications such as lawn & garden products. The 105 is planned for market introduction in Q3 2014.
SmartCarb®...After an investment of over $4M and nearly four years of development, SmartCarb® is ready for primetime. The opportunities are seemingly endless as the small engine market exceeds $19 billion in annual revenue. This year, we are selling SmartCarbs® to the after-market as APT continues to negotiate OEM contracts. BTW APT is going to a Space Convention this week and may contract with NASA to put this engine on a vehicle and send it to the moon...
The sale of "non-revenue" producing assets: APT is reviewing an attractive offer for the sale of certain non-core corporate assets that do not produce revenue and are not vital to operations or the company's long term business plan. We anticipate the transaction to be completed in early Q3. A portion of the sale proceeds are earmarked to fund the growth capital needs for 2014. The balance is targeted for the direct retirement of debt instead of selling equity, which will result in improvements to the balance sheet, cash flow and operating expenses.
I believe this is just the tip of the iceberg. If you haven't already, take a couple hours and skim through the DD above (IBOX). Its mind boggling.
Some folks here are upset with APT for the following reasons.
1. We were promised Fins on or before June 6th then this past Friday we found out they will be delayed until the first week in July (on the advise from Malone Bailey).
2. APT is not moving in a timely manner with the reverse merger.
3. APT is not updating its investors with enough PR's in the minds of some.
4. Here's one.... "APT owes it to us investors to release a PR before the opening bell". HA
5. APT chose toxic financing as a way to keep their business afloat.
6. APT should have told us about the delusion before I invested. HA
The list can go on. You think of something bad or wrong a company can do and someone here will give you their two cents worth on why APT is a "SCAM". A SCAM????? You DECIDE...
The only thing I can say about APT and the way they handled this reverse merger is, OUTSTANDING JOB APT! Basically a 3 year old company that has revolutionary products that are in such high demand, they needed the help of more investors in order to move their product in a way that is satisfactory to our customers and profitable for everyone concerned. So what did they do? They came to us and gave you and me a rare opportunity to make some bank in the Pinks.
I am grateful. I am a long. And I will be buying up every scared and spin less traded share that I can get my greedy little hands on tomorrow morning when people trade an opportunity of a lifetime away because of a 4 week delay in the FINS.
