I absolutely agree with your post but for just a minute I'm going to play devils advocate but want to be clear it's not in the form of disagreeing with you.

In my simple way of thinking, VitaCig could be very appealing to big tobacco. They have been slammed with lawsuits and bad publicity over the past few years. Large sums of money have been paid out, settlements in court, although it's a very tiny dip in their bank accounts they may choose to look at VitaCig as a way of obtaining new positive publicity.

If they started a new campaign around VitaCigs then that could be their way of introducing a healthy, flavorful, sleek and portable way to promote they are good and care about the health of the consumers. If they played it right it could be very beneficial for them. Lord knows they have the cash and resources to introduce VitaCig and also produce different versions, flavors, options..etc.

It wouldn't be a bad thing for the shareholders who will own 49% of the company.
