Flaflyersfan, the pro forma is just a forecast only nothing more and at that time that is what they believed would happen, the millions were deferred and was being reported ahead of realized and it was corrected when the CPA was hired. Share were bought back and retired. No suspense coming and it is a mistake to think MDIN violated any rules or laws. Hope this helps
