I finally had a chance to read the SA article about TRTC!!

1) this article was not written by an amateur.

2)The narrative is very compelling. Historically reverse merged pennies have been the playground of less than savory characters. The most recent "big" scandal was the many fraudulent reverse merged Chinese companies a few years ago.

3) The Puzzo guy's involvement is quite damaging.

3) I worry that the SEC might become involved with TRTC.

4)The bottom line: This will not be easy to shake off with the release of some PR note, refuting these charges.

5)To me the real damage maybe be that it will sway not only the Commissioners in Clark County BUT THE STATE LICENSING BOARD!!!

I DON'T KNOW WHAT CAN BE DONE!!!

THE TRTC STORY AS WE KNOW IT COULD BE OVER!

I AM TRULY DEPRESSED AND DISAPPOINTED.
