CVX preping John Q. Public for the
big find in Block 1 and the take over of ERHC!
There is a reason that there hasn't been much PR from ERHC.
Secrecy is the name of the game while the agreements are being signed. CVX will ace out sinopec. Won't be all that bad for ERHC shareholders. jmwag
