Heard it all before and don't expect any different from the anti KMAG people.

But, as announced previously by KMAG, this is what can be expected:

The PR should be the announcement of the "Submission of the form 10 containing 2 years of KMA's audited financials. " (or in other words, "The pending KMAG material event")

("This form 10 will be submitted to edgar.sec.gov once the peer review of our audited financials is completed in the next several days.")

Then, the "release of KMA's completed "Super 8K" which will be released after our form 10 document is posted to edgar.sec.gov and made effective. "


That is what's going to start happening this coming week.
