IMO, the whole Clear Vision /airport thing was one giant scam for ICPA shareholders. Any communication that came from him came for one reason only, to entice people to buy shares.
I don't believe there was ever any intension of it being financially beneficial to ICPA shareholders,

He sucked a lot of people in.
