People that buy things when they know the risks are masters of their own fate. The truth is that NOBODY got taken for a ride with conservatorship or Amendment 3 except the very few hangers-on that rode S/P down out of naivete or failure to follow the financial news affecting their portfolios. The fund sharpshooters who thought they could outsmart everyone else and score some huge financial coup by entering the fray after all the news was on the table only get taken for a ride in their own chauferred and highly polished NYC limo's if the judge tosses their sniveling tales of poverty out of her courtroom and puts an end to this ridiculous circus of Wall Street GREED.
