No need to inform everybody today. Important is just than on Monday before the market opens everybody know. Don't worry, Tom is making the announcement public via Newswire. It will be on every screen. Getting a lot of attention from everywhere.

Weren't you telling us there was going to be an announcement last week? Yet now, there's no issue so long as it's a few minutes before trading opens? And if it does happen, you're expecting it to be on every screen? An OTC stock with no revenue trading at 0.02 and it's going to be on every screen? Did you pay for your shares of FRTD, because I wouldn't be so understanding if I were you and my money were at stake.

I envision one of the following before Monday's open:

1. PR announcement stating the deal is closing but due to "circumstances beyond my control" FRTD will need a little more time before official announcement is made. Basically an attempt to buy more time and prevent a sell-off.

2. A vague announcement stating the merger is completed but due to paperwork/SEC regulations/attorney advice/etc. they are unable to publicly release the name of the company. Same as the first scenario, except with an actual promise that the deal is complete.

3. Grandiose and superfluous announcement regarding "landmark merger" between FRTD and AFFW.

4. No PR. TP feeling the heat of the SEC and doesn't want to further rock the boat with another unsubstantiated press release.
