Tom is leaking insider info on social media, email addresses that dont belong to him and bogus 800 #s imo. Does this sound legal? Probably not. Does this spell trouble for Tom and his SEC problems? Probably So.
It looks like the SEC is giving Tom just enough rope to hang himself with IMO.
You can BET the SEC will be watching all this closely from this point forward collecting evidence along the way.
