Not sure if anybody has brought this up yet, but another reason for the delay could be in part to the Cerner deal. Aren't they suppose to be doing some kind of meeting the first week of July? Maybe APT is waiting clear up their balance sheet even more with the sell of whatever property they had that Cerner needs. Thoughts?
