I agree, Having the web site come up if it ever does) is not some sign of a miraculous recovery. They had one. There is nothing new to add to it. Just the same info laid out differently.
So a web page is made. Then what? No money no mine.

But I believe it goes deeper than that.
They have had the capital and spent it needlessly

Getting their hands on more money and mishandling it again gets the company nowhere.

They need to have a full management change
