It was such a small amount though. How could selling 150,000 share cause that kind of slide. I know volume was thin around that time, but not that thin.

I surely don't know the answer, and it is speculation that his wife would have sold the shares, but 150,000 selling into the market seems to be relatively small.

Also, why would he gift them to her at .10 and she sell them below that?
Why not wait to get back up to .10?
