That is NOT true there will only be a Negative if PPS gets above at least $18.38-$18.88 a share!!

As there was 1.5 million Warrants converted making a Positive of at least $10-12 million already!!


Therefore to even make a negative with only 4 million warrants outstanding from $15.88 a share

means $18.38(18.88)- $15.88 = $2.50(3.00) a share x 4 million shares = $10(12)million

So any NEGATIVE number means that PPS HAS TO BE ABOVE $18.88 a share!!


SO NO NEGATIVE FAIR VALUE will occur unless this happens by June 30, 2014!!!!

VERY VERY UNLIKELY!!

Right now it just means how much of a positive value will occur!!
