Again, what promise? They stated their expectation. They failed to meet the deadline.
All those people that complained about the merger delay were the same ones cheering when we hit .03.
APT owes us nothing, we choose to buy or not to buy. They are more concerned with making an accurate filing. I find that reassuring.
