Perhaps you fellows should look up "par value" so you know what it means.

Often stocks have no par value as in 0.00 but that has nothing to do with what they might trade for.

PAIM preferreds do not trade, probably never will, best hope is that you are able at some point to convert them to common....she's mentioned converting at 500 preferreds for 1 common.

Until then PAIM preferreds have no real value.
