Since the shares werent considered a divi but just gifted restricted pref shares with a set redemption value it isnt a liability because technically the shares dont have to be redeemed by shareholders for the co to carry the liability of it?
Supposedly the Ocean Star Pacific sold on 5/20/14, idk if really pertains to us
