I don't have a level2 but on otcmarkets.com i saw this:
3:00pm bid dropping to 0,0122 then min. after min. the bid raise tick by tick, 131/133/135/137/138/139 @ 3:10
It tells me some MM want shares for cheap, by scaring holders, profit from low volume past month.
Aimo, watching carefully what will follow.
