LOL! 3 Billion is a joke which relates to a $15 share price if you assume 200 million shares outstanding yet mgmt in all its wisdom can only sell preferred shares at $3 with 10.5% interest and the ATM in the $1.70's. They must really be bad investment bankers or really hiding their worth if they can't get better financing. Yes 3 Billion does seem like a joke when you think about mgmt's financing. All imo.
