FWIW…I find the debate very compelling….HONESTY-is-on-both-sides…

the conundrum that is NTEK is a classic PRO/CON discussion……BUT the "no visible blood" aspect of the forum is what allows it to descend quickly……both sides have the decorum abusers, they affect the REAL conversation….

here is the POINT/COUNTERPOINT:

well assembled management hierarchy/overstaffed for current OUTPUT

tech relevance, innovation/proof of implementation and consumer usage

promises KEPT/promises UNATTENDED to

excellent future prospect/ no present day proof of destination capable financing

current share structure attractive/form 15 lends no clarity/predictability of structure

*****************

arguing 2 different subjects in ONE conversation is the problem…75% of the debate can't stay on the thread topic, so no resolution surfaces….collectively MUCH more revealing DD would result and CLEAR many unknowns………both sides have strong anchoring disputes

BOTH groups goes AWOL when the emotions produce angry STORIES

NO LEADER FROM EITHER CAMP cares to talk TRUCE or worthy AGREE TO DISAGREE calming discourse

there are flaws and attributes that need COMPANY attention……….and NTEK is not providing help to either….until then the debate looks UGLY depending on your instant emotional state…..its really not, it all boils down to 3-4 issues that NTEK will clear up SOON…..if it doesn't, this company will slowly descend into "eating their young" because that is what happens when crucial issues go unsolved.
