Cdex inc patent claims rejected
cdex inc through their agents have responded to the USPTO. Just on 5 June 2014. Claims 1,3,4,9,10,16 and claim 19 have all been rejected cause basically those claims are made in other patents.
Cdex has bet it all on their claims 1,9,16, claiming that since basically their prop box does all three kinds of target examination in one process and the other patents don't , then they are something new.
