The body of the Document is just as important if not more important than the signatures.
Lets face it, a signed blank document is of no importance whatsoever. LOLOL
And the body of the Edgar filing clearly shows that Barnett was identified as President of MSJ.
And Barnett signed that document.
So clear. So factual.
