CP pps has been manipulated for more than a year now, first by ackmann now by whoever bought his shares along with the company. cant name a single reason to justify a pe of 37 for a railroad...not when the big boys are 18-20 consistently. low float allows them to keep pumping this balloon up. $90 stock trading at almost $180...sooner or later it will burst
