I some what agree, but I understand dealing with any Government agency takes a lot of time and patience, BUT- I have never seen a update or PR from Reid that stated, "Will be", it was always should, might, maybe. So I'm good with the word "Will", let's hope it's not like Obama using the word "Period".

Doesn't this fit the tail of leading us all along like pawns. One more month one more week! It's getting old next week will come and go in my opinion. Watching and waiting, if the prophecy comes true.......
