C,Be careful,they have stopped the monthly distributions because of the damage caused by the hurricanes. Trustee is palcing all distributions in escrow for repair costs. I too have been looking for a bottom to start accumulating. Have not done so so far. Keep an eye out daily for news and updates,Cheers
