IMHO this will run like IACH...(IACH with 500M o/s and 10 Billion A/S, ran from 0008 to .07 cents)
If IN*C can run from .0001 to .0047 on 9 Billion A/S and 4 Billion O/S, then SHOM can have a bigger run to multi-pennies, get in before the crowd. That Hurdle they talked about in April's update can now be easily overcome with May 20th news below, imho.

June 3, 2014 South Carolina And Iowa Legalize Limited Use Of Medical Marijuana
The governor of South Carolina signed into law a medical marijuana bill Monday, which will allow children with severe epilepsy to use cannabidiol oil (CBD), a non-psychoactive marijuana derivative. Iowa Gov. Terry Branstad signed a similar bill into law on Friday.

South Carolina’s Republican Gov. Nikki Haley signed into law the Medical Cannabis Therapeutic Treatment Research Act on Monday.
The bill allows children with epilepsy to use CBD, a marijuana derivative, with a physician’s approval and requires a new clinical trial at the Medical University of South Carolina, which will test the effectiveness of the drug on treating seizures.

May 20, 2014 - South Carolina: Lawmakers Sign Off On Hemp Cultivation Measure
South Carolina lawmakers have approved legislation, Senate Bill 839, reclassifying varieties of cannabis possessing minute quantities of THC as an industrial crop rather than a controlled substance. The measure states, “It is lawful for an individual to cultivate, produce, or otherwise grow industrial hemp in this State to be used for any lawful purpose, including, but not limited to, the manufacture of industrial hemp products, and scientific, agricultural, or other research related to other lawful applications for industrial hemp.”

April Update
Medical marijuana. We like what we see about opportunities but the one hurdle currently to overcome is that you must grow plants onsite if you retail or distribute it. There is discussion about this product in the legislation of South Carolina.
