The SEC suspended WebXU (HEMP's consulting client) yesterday

Please indicate which stock is being checked by the SEC affiliated with HEMP?

HEMP received 8M shares of WBXU in Q1 for consulting, and is supposed to receive another 2.6M shares per quarter for the next three years.

Yesterday, the SEC suspended WebXU because of "... questions regarding the accuracy of publicly available information about the company’s finances."

After a few days of being suspended, WBXU will move to the grey sheets, where there are no published bids and asks, and the price will fall to a fraction of the $0.0067 close of the day before the suspension.

When HEMP received the 8M shares of WBXU (probably in Feb,) that stock was trading at about $0.04, so HEMP probably claimed revenue of $320,000. A couple of days ago, those 8M shares were worth $53,600, and when WBXU is allowed to begin trading on 6/19, they'll be worth a lot less.
