He's doing what needs to be done to make this company a success for himself and all shareholder's. Bob is extremely intelligent and wouldn't be traveling around the world just to have lobster diners. He could retire and forget about MMRF and travel the world eating lobster everyday without any income from MMRF if he didn't care so much about the company and it's shareholders.
