SKTO = Non-Reporting Pink Sheet. It had tons of toxic debt, the same thing mCig warns about and it never filed reports with the SEC. I am sure the SEC found the whole merger between AEGY and SKTO suspicous in the first place.

This is fantastic news, another two worthless marijuana plays bite the dust.

Really, there are only three legitimate plays out there now:

MCIG
TRTC
MDBX (too expensive)
FITX
CBIS (too much debt)
