So NEWL Got a Restraining Order Against Ironridge..?

Now THIS is interesting. I wonder if there are more case out there.

This is the first I have seen a small fish say "enough is enough" and go after Ironridge and their practices. I wonder if VELATEL is aware of this and considering action since it's quite obvious the effects that Ironridge has had on their stock price?
