ceo said no dilution so adding billions of shares to the o/s is something different... its just, you know, adding a few shares to keep the lights on... look at it as a positive, without that slight modification to the o/s the company would not have money to pay their bills and the pps would drop... so this is not dilution it is just standard mode of operation... dilution is something different...lol
