would this be considered "dumping"?

does anyone believe the dated OS/float numbers that are still being propagated are in any way accurate?

if there really is a CD being converted...and since there hasnt been even one 8K filed detailing ANY of the events [including possible "financing"] that have transpired over the past few months...that the CD could be a floorless convertible with unlimited number of shares possible?
