If Johnathan Schulz were to sell his shares it would make me so happy because I would be the one that would file the 13D by buying them all.

I dont think he will be selling and if he does he has to file a
FORM 4 showing the sale each time. Please sell your shares Johnathan. If you want to make a private sale to me I will take them all at .0025. And I am being serious. Have your representative contact me here and we can go from there if it is true you want to sell Mr Schultz.

Why would he want to sell his shares anyhow? There is a major deal coming down the pike shortly is my understanding according to the rumor mill and it will change the face of the company forever. Our CEO and President have engineered it supposedly.

If anyone knows about it I would imagine Mr. Schultz would.
