Back in 2012 it was up to .40 but the SS was only about 40 mil o/s and was run by know pump and dumpers (Pinchin). The best part is they only dilluted a very small amount up to 198 mil as of their last filing. Aruda took over in march and the DD on him looks real good. He has had successful oil and gas well drilling operations in CA, TX, OK and others with his private company. He recently acquired rights to drill on one of the largest oil reserves in the US in CA and signs are pointing to him taking his company public. Hope this helps.
