Institutional investors (probably those that downgraded the stock), increased their percentage Buy today. When they are done loading (or re-loading - those that shorted the stock), they will let it go, and change again their reccomendations.

In the mean time, w/o some triggering event, they might bring it down some more, even as low as $10, but not lower I believe. If that happens, I'll add some more (although this will significantly increase my average - as I been with ESLR for more some 2 years now):
