1) How many shares are currently held by LONGS a/o today?
This is unknown. A rough estimate might be approximately 300 million shares or more.

2) Has JR purchased more shares since the suspension?
JR holds a confirmed minimum of 216,000,000 shares. It is entirely possible, though speculative, to say that the CEO purchased more shares from KMAG when the PPS was at a lower point. Most long term investors increased their holdings; it makes sense that JR did too.

3) What is the size of the Naked Short position in KMAG?
I would say that there is a massive naked short position in KMAG--roughly 250-300 million counterfeit shares. The true position will be made evident with the reverse merger. Shorts will have to cover their position, creating a major boost to current PPS.

A look at google's historical prices would reveal that the float is almost completely (if not completely) locked down by longs, naked shorts, and the CEO.
