1. Nevada wants to be first and establish a public traded company growing and distributing MJ.
2. They are afraid the SEC will shut them down before they get out of the barn and they will deny it.
It was hard to tell which way they were leaning. So either Tera Tech will get both or none. Of course your thought of the board members owning stock has merit as well and they would get both.
It's a bet and Nevada is the best place to make such a bet. Seeing the body language, tells me that they really liked Derick's presentation, so I will bet they get both of them. I would give it a 60/40 change of getting both, but I suck at gambling (lol).
