Here's something to chew on. Not sure exactly how this will unfold but here's is something very important to consider. While we are crunching numbers and delving into the SS, etc... we need to remember an important fact. In my research of reverse mergers I have discovered that valuations are Very Subjective.

We'll see if I am wrong or right but don't be surprised that 34 patents, contracts, military contracts, big box news and global distribution channels spike the valuation above 0.75... imo
