EOD trades on PVEC stock are almost always manipulated up with one or more small transactions to make it look like the stock trended up for the day even though the VWAP is usually at the low price for the day. This has been going on for many months as has been documented.

Such EOD manipulation also causes the accumulation-distribution line to falsely show "accumulation" simply due to the closing trade when all of the other daily trade data shows "distribution,"
