Insiders can't sell until after report

Even if insiders wanted to sell, because they haven't filed the 1Q/14 report, any selling would be based on material information not available to shareholders, and is a sure way to attract even more attention from the SEC.

Just ask the pholks at the "green rush" companies who have been suspended by the SEC.

BTW, another company associated with former MJNA leader, Perlowin, was suspended today by the SEC, probably for illegal reporting of results (according to the auditor who resigned).
