ARSP Janice ... There are several witnesses that have heard or known that this ticker is cleared from SEC Suspension in the courtroom or leaking into those ppl who are also investors like ours. In my theory that there are several leak information regarding ARSP that cause them to buy this stock in the grey sheets.
