So from my research on Venture Investment Partners, LLC they were formed on 03/07/2014 by a Timothy Mehrtens. He seems to be a family law lawyer in CO, he has been listed in Best Lawyers since 1999. Seems to be an upstanding gentleman from what I can find on him.
