Nice diss-cuss-shun going on in here today...... :)

Any of you locals been down by the site lately just to see if any clearing or anything else is going on? Not expecting the concrete trucks yet but might could be some preliminary clearing going on. Didn't someone mention that the timber was being harvested from the site? Not really sure what timber is bringing these days but the timber I saw when walking thru the site was very nice and would be bringing someone a LARGE amount of cash on 1300 or so acres, assuming 250 acres or so are wetlands that the timber can't be harvested in.

Just some photos of a large area being cleared (and no more shots of that area over near Old River Road as that apparently belongs to someone else but a nice big area cleared to the east of the electric transmission line would make me sell the farm and rent out the wife (if I was married) to buy up shares at this price as that would be a significant development of the studio's coming..
