Heck, i'm in Canada and it still required a phone call to trade until just today. The biggest hold up was the name change and cusip and nothing to do with the platform it was being traded on.

Full steam ahead now, as the momentum is coming back into the Russel small caps, thanks in large part to the EU's rate drop and promise to stimulate if the economy doesn't improve. China did the same last week and th small caps haven't looked back.

It's amazing how strong a run we've had against the negative small cap environment that we've faced the last couple months. We've literally swam uphill the whole way against strong headcurrents. It gives you a glimpse of the strength and coming upside of this story.
