This company is just being deceptive, hoping that people will confuse "NDC" with "NDA" and buy the stock.

Here's what the FDA says about NDC:

THE INCLUSION OF A FIRM OR ITS PRODUCTS IN THE NDC DIRECTORY DOES NOT DENOTE APPROVAL BY THE FDA OF THE FIRM OR ANY OF ITS MARKETED PRODUCTS, NOR IS IT A DETERMINATION THAT A PRODUCT IS A DRUG AS DEFINED BY THE ACT, NOR DOES IT DENOTE THAT A PRODUCT IS COVERED BY OR ELIGIBLE FOR REIMBURSEMENT BY MEDICARE, MEDICAID, OR OTHER PAYERS.

Basically getting a NDC number is meaningless.

There is no regulation whatsoever of OTC homeopathic drugs. The company is skating the line when it makes the claim that it treats nausea though - you can't technically make a claim that a product like this treats a medical condition.
