Looks like Volume is Moving Up

I don't know about Dumping...looks to me like many are buying...Not Buying your Constant Bashing of the stock either.

I understand that debt financers are going to unload their shares while they can make a profit...that is what it is all about. Who wants to provide financing to anyone unless a profit can be made? You as a lawyer should understand what it means to "Help" someone out of their legal troubles...Depending on what type of lawyer you are? Most Attorneys want to "Review" a client's case before the decide whether or not they are going to take the case...(Can they afford my services)(Can I win this case)(Is this going to help my Public Figure), etc... bottom line, if it doesn't help you out in some way, you are not going to represent them.

Well, Debt financers will not offer money to a company unless they can get somethign in return...typically why they get more shares than the amount borrowed is worth. In this case, all the shares were unloaded to save profits, and now it should be time to start running Green again!

The company only has soooo many outstanding shares...some of which are restricted for a while and can not be dumped on the open market right away. With 900M Shares authorized, and less than half of those issued, and now Black hawk doesnt' have their 120M, looks pretty Positive from my eyes.

Taken straight from the latest 10K.....
