Value Microcaps Zip Code Changers

well, i know you guys like plays like these. it could potentially fit in on some of the better 'value' boards if it had current SEC filings / was better exchange etc. but the info is available for those who dig and it seems to have zip code changer potential for sure. much of the other stuff i play may not quite fit the criteria for a 'value' board, esp some of the stricter criteria, but when i have something i will def share.. apparently you guys have a good lil circle over here with solid dd folks seeking out good potential plays.
